The Tanzanian Embassy in China said the Chinese company that manufactures Yutong buses intends to open its garage in Dar es salaam to provide efficient services to their customers.
This statement is made today in Beijing at a meeting of Ambassador Mbelwa Kairuki and Chief Executive Officer of Yutong Africa where this garage will be the largest to serve customers with Yutong buses in East African countries.

4MINERS LOST LIVES IN MINING ACCIDENT IN GEITA REGIONÂ
Eight residents of the village of Ipalamasa in Geita Region have died of rubble while they were engaged in mining operations in a government-restricted area.
Geita Prefecture Police Commander Safia Jongo said the people had invaded an area already blocked by the government and had been protected with the objective not to endanger the lives of the Miners.
“It is true that the incident of people who raided the mine site that has not been officially conducted excavations will eventually lead to disaster and so far citizens in cooperation with the army of Fire and Rescue have found the bodies of eight people dead”
Commander Jongo said similar incidents of miners being cleared of debris have been occurring regularly as he called on citizens and Local Government officials to ensure they cooperate in protecting areas already banned from carrying out such activities
