They are looking for talented shop attendant cum shop Manager  to manage shop activities in Morogoro shop. The interested candidates will make sure that the shop increase sales  and achieve to sale goals.

The candidates interested will be responsible for selling of organic products and Provision of best Customer service as well as knowledge about organic farming will be advantageous

Duties and responsibilities

• Bringing weekly demand for goods to the attention of manager
• Working with Customers and answer questions about goods
• Communication with Customers answering questions about goods
• Make sure interest is displayed on products shelves
• Provision of good customer services
• Receiving and responding to Customer compliants
• Campaigns conducting about advatising
• Inventory management in the store
• Preparation and sending of weekly sales report
• Ensuring cleaness and store attractive Ness
