WATU are hiring looking for Recovery Officer.  Recovery Officer  will be responsible for the timely financial recovery assets where the recovery Officer  will use methods of collection proved to be ineffective.

Successful Asset Financial Recovery Officer expected to adapt to the fast paced culture of both companies, market and customers for WATU.

Duties and responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling assigned portfolio assets using company software

• Keeping in collaboration with other members of the asset of recovery Team by giving priority to collecting tasks
•  Handling of debt collection strategy for recovery teams and head of asset.

•  Use  of  tracking technology to  identify the location of the collateral

•  Identification  use of the most effective communication methods to convince the client
• Maintaining records and provide daily feedback on the results of work
• Training and sharing of knowledge with new staff who are employed by the company

QUALIFICATION/SKILLS

• Excellent communication both written and spoken
• Presentation skills
• Powerful skills and ability to work harmoniously.
• Simple and adaptable changing priorities.
•  Attention to detail plus internal control
• Diploma in the respective field
• Able to use computer software eg Ms Office,Excell
