Duties and responsibilities
Provision of leadership ensuring that employee and contractors adhere safety and environmental standards
Management of successful initiative within the process
Leading hands and operators the processing and increase accountability
Guiding the operating to ensure accepted goals
Management of maintenance costs and capital expenditure
Supervision of activities of the operating team to ensure low cost
Development and implementing safe work procedure
Setting of necessary plans and task reports that will lead to timely reports
Ensuring compliance with the policies and procedures of the company.
