POSITION: Reservation Manager

The interested candidates should demostrate their skills set for working conjunction with remotely. This job is free for all Tanzanians

Duties and responsibilities

Understanding and applying the principles of occupancy
working on income managment as requred depending on business conduct
Competent and responsible for implementation of policy reservation
Mantaining of high occupancy rate indoor, lodge and mantaining appropriate guest combination.
Allocation responsibilities and delegate tasks within department to monitor progress
Responding to compliants in area of responsibility and examine all the important details
Checking of daily arrival in one week to ensure all reservation are safe
Controlling of free sale of all reservation to profit the best lodge about the amount of reservation
working closely with sales and marketing department to coordinate and control the number of group booking.
Working closely with front Office manager related to future aquisition
Development of trends table demands and chart segments to support projects
Introducing performance test and regular income
Mantaining of reliability forecast and periodically measures
Development reports based on Customer data stay recorded to identify current
Ability to handle and maintain accurate records
