ABSA is looking for customer service advisor (7-positions) who will be responsible for dispensing and receiving cash and related instruments and providing customer service to walk in branch customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensuring all activities and responsibilities are carried out in full compliance and with regulatory requirements.
  2. Controlling and managing risks effectively using relevant risk systems and embedding a positive cultural risk.
  3. Adhering to Barclay’s policies and procedures applicable to the responsibility themselves.
  4. Reporting all dangerous events or issues using the process defined for your business area as well as helping understand the reason to why these happened and also how to overcome and prevent them in the future.
  5. Cooperating with regulatory bodies, cooperatives where applicable and all training must be completed by Deadline.
