The Customer experience will be responsible to provide bank services timeously through the implementation of goals per agreed standards.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identification of Customer trips that will make the most significant impact
  • Map Customer trips by providing CSI view for Customer engagement
  • Identifying key customer needs that needs solution
  • Transforming customer trip by providing Customer centric design combining thinking
  • Showing key areas of action to enable bank profitability
  • Performing analysis indicated by problem solving
  • Running fast delivery with great impact
  •  Provision of knowledge of industry issues
  • Acting as fundamental relationship with other vendors
  • Support of our efforts to create Customer experience

 RECOMMENDED JOBS

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors degree  in related Field or equivalent
  • Three years experience in designing customer experience
  • Good Communication skills
